Sunset
The music reaches our ears as we make a dash for the far side of the busy road. Toes are tapping, hands are clapping, people are spinning and musicians are playing. The shadows stretch in unison with the ever changing light. The city is alive with throngs of people enjoying another warm summer evening.
Five days in Belgrade is (just) long enough to see that in spite of a rather tainted and troubled past, Serbians' have not forgotten how to enjoy themselves, perhaps it has even made them enjoy what they have even more and to make the most of it.
Generous and open by nature, you will always be warmly invited back.
